What It Costs

Fixed Project Prices, Quoted in US Dollars

One figure, agreed in writing before any work starts, and it does not move unless you add to the scope. A deposit starts the project and the balance is due at launch.

ProjectFromWhat the price covers
Business website$1,000Design and build, mobile layouts, on-page SEO, admin dashboard, training, and two months of SEO after launch

What the Same Project Usually Costs Where You Are

For context, and the figures are from our own guide to what it costs to hire a web developer in the US, the UK and Nigeria:

Typical agency prices for a business website, by market
WhereBusiness websiteOnline store
United States$3,000 to $10,000+$5,000 to $25,000+
United Kingdom£2,500 to £8,000+£4,000 to £20,000+
CanadaCAD $3,000 to $10,000+More again
Website Developer TechFrom $1,000From $1,500

The difference is where we are based, not what you get. The same developer builds it, the same SEO work goes in, and you get the admin dashboard and the two months of support either way. What you are not paying for is an office in London or Toronto.

How We Do It

How We Do It: the 9 Steps From Brief to Launch

What your money actually buys, step by step. The same process every client gets, wherever they are, and each step ends with something you can see and approve.

  1. Step 01

    Business & Competitor Research

We start by learning how your business makes money, who your customers are and which Lagos competitors already appear on Google's first page for your services. We note what their pages cover, what they leave out and how fast they load, so your website is planned to outperform them, not copy them.

  2. Step 02

    SEO & Keyword Research

We find the exact searches your customers type, such as "school website developer in Lagos", and group them by intent: people comparing options and people ready to hire. Each group gets one page, so your pages never compete with each other for the same search. This research drives our SEO agency work from day one.

  3. Step 03

    Website Design & Development

We plan the page structure, short descriptive URLs and internal links, and sketch the layout of each page before writing any code. Then we design and build a fast, mobile-first site with clean, semantic HTML: one clear heading per page, a logical outline, and content that Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read directly.

  4. Step 04

    Admin Dashboard

Every site ships with its own admin dashboard. You update text, photos, prices, pages and blog posts yourself, including each page's SEO title and description, without code and without waiting on a developer. See how our admin dashboard works.

  5. Step 05

    Technical SEO

Every page gets a unique title and meta description, a canonical URL and the right structured data. We create the XML sitemap and robots.txt, compress images and give them descriptive file names and alt text, and tune loading speed for Nigerian mobile networks.

  6. Step 06

    Security & Testing

The whole site runs on HTTPS. Before launch we test every page, form and link on phones, tablets and desktops in the main browsers, and check that enquiry and payment forms deliver correctly.

  7. Step 07

    Launch

We move the site to your live domain and redirect every old URL to its new page, so the rankings your old site earned are kept. Then we confirm that each page loads, links correctly and can be indexed.

  8. Step 08

    Google Search Console & Analytics

We connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, submit the sitemap and request indexing for your key pages. From then on we can see which searches bring visitors, where each page ranks and what to improve next.

  9. Step 09

Google Business Profile & SEO Support

We set up or optimise your Google Business Profile so you show in Google Maps and local results, then keep working on your SEO for at least two months: tracking rankings, fixing issues and improving pages, often every week. It is the same process behind the IMT Computers case study.

How Remote Works Here

The Three Things That Usually Go Wrong, and How We Handle Them

Hiring a team in another country goes wrong for three reasons: you cannot see what is being built until it is too late, the price moves, or the site arrives with no way for you to change it. Each one has an answer here.

You See the Build While It Happens

You get a staging link early and it stays live through the project, so you can open the real site on your own phone at any point rather than waiting for screenshots. Questions go over WhatsApp or email and are answered the same working day. Anything bigger gets a video call.

The Price Is Agreed Before Work Starts

We scope the project, write down what is included, and quote one figure. If something new comes up mid-project it is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly, so you are never surprised by an invoice.

You Own It Afterwards

The site is handed over with an admin dashboard, your own logins and the hosting in your name, plus at least two months of SEO work after launch. Nothing about the handover depends on us staying involved.

How You Pay

Wise, Payoneer, Cleva or a direct bank transfer, whichever is easiest at your end. Payment is split so you are never far ahead of the work: a deposit to start, the balance at launch.

Wherever You Are

Working Across the Time Difference With an Offshore Team

Lagos is GMT+1. That single fact decides how each working relationship runs, so here is what it means for you.

Hiring From the UK and Europe

Our working day lines up almost exactly with yours, with an hour's head start. You send a question in the morning and have the answer before lunch. Payment comes through Wise or a transfer in pounds or euros, agreed before we begin.

Hiring From the US or Canada

Our afternoon is the US East Coast morning, which is enough overlap for a daily call if you want one. For the West Coast and western Canada we agree one fixed call window and keep everything else written, so nothing waits a day for an answer. In practice a day's work is finished before yours starts.

Hiring From Elsewhere in Africa

The overlap is near total, and we have pages written for these markets specifically: Ghana, Kenya and South Africa, each with local payment and currency details.

What You Get

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Outsourcing Web Development to Nigeria

The things clients abroad ask before committing. If yours is not here, ask on WhatsApp.

Do you actually build for clients outside Nigeria?

Yes. Scoping, communication, building and handover work the same way wherever you are based, because the whole process already runs online: WhatsApp or email for day-to-day questions, video calls when something needs discussing properly, and a staging link you can open at any point during the build.

How do we communicate given the time difference?

Lagos runs on GMT+1. That sits inside UK and most European working hours, and overlaps with the US East Coast morning. For Canada and the US West Coast we agree a call window that works for you and keep everything else asynchronous, so nobody waits a day for an answer.

How do I pay from outside Nigeria?

Wise, Payoneer, Cleva or a direct bank transfer, whichever is easiest at your end. We agree the price and the scope in writing before any work starts, and the amount is confirmed in your own currency at that point so there is no surprise later.

Will I be able to update the website myself after launch?

Yes. Every website we build comes with an admin dashboard, so you can edit pages, add products or posts and see enquiries without coming back to us. See our guide to the admin dashboard for what the dashboard covers.

How long does a project take?

A business website or an online store is typically 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom builds depend on the features; we give you a realistic timeline once we understand the scope, before you pay anything.

What does a project cost?

Business websites start from $1,000 and online stores from $1,500, quoted as one fixed price in US dollars. Custom builds are quoted once we have scoped the features. The figure is agreed in writing before any work starts and does not move afterwards unless you add to the scope. See what is included in each package for what each package includes.

What if my project does not fit a package?

Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we will scope it and give you a fixed quote, the same way we do for custom builds. Most of our work outside Nigeria starts this way.

What happens after the website launches?

Every build includes at least two months of hands-on SEO after launch: indexing, technical fixes, on-page work and watching Search Console, rather than a report you cannot act on. After that you can continue on a maintenance plan or take it over yourself.
